EIC Group Programme
Small Group Learning with a Personal Touch
Thoughtfully designed for children aged 3 to 8 years with autism, learning differences, and special educational needs
Tailored for children aged 3 to 8 navigating autism and developmental delays, our group programme offers a curriculum that ignites thinking, fosters independence, and sparks remarkable progress.
For three enriching hours each day, your child becomes part of a focused group programme that incorporates thematic topics and covers these key areas: Receptive Language, Expressive Language, Spontaneous Language, Functional Routines, Preacademic Concepts, Play, Numeracy, Reading, Structured Art and Social Interaction.
We endorse a small-group learning environment, with six children at most, an optimal setting that emulates a classroom ambience and ensures individualized attention. Comprehensive assessments and individualized educational planning facilitate the alignment of our curriculum with each child's unique profile, enhancing the learning experience.
Our primary goal is dual-focused - facilitating academic preparedness and instilling essential life skills like communication, self-help, and social interaction.
Through our innovative curriculum, we strive to unlock the inherent potential within each child and prepare them for their forthcoming educational journey.
Programme Components
Thematic Learning:
By incorporating various themes and topics into our curriculum, we transform learning into a relatable and engaging experience, making education a cohesive process your child would love to be a part of.
Individualized Education Program (IEP):
Upon your child's six-week tenure in our Early Intervention Centre, we will develop an Individualised Education Program (IEP) customised to your child's existing abilities and needs
Ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation:
Consistent progress monitoring and evidence-based evaluations ensure that the IEP adapts to the changing needs of your child, fostering continuous growth.
Optimal Class Sizes:
Keeping class sizes limited to a maximum of six children allows us to provide the perfect balance between encouraging social interaction and providing personalised attention.
Whole Group Instruction:
Despite the small class size, we champion whole-group instruction as a key instructional approach, preparing learners for future educational environments and enhancing social interaction.
Experienced Interventionists:
Our dedicated early interventionists are always available to ensure that learners receive the best support and guidance.
Readiness for Future Learning:
Our programme nurtures essential school readiness skills, preparing children for a seamless transition into future educational settings.
Parent and Family Involvement:
We promote strong partnerships between families and the educational team by providing regular communication and resources for proactive family involvement.
